I confirm that the receipt of the treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being of the RDNS Foundation is an absolute discharge to my Executors.


Gift of Percentage of Residue

I GIVE (amount in words) (____%) of the residue of my estate to the ROYAL DISTRICT NURSING SERVICE FOUNDATION OF SA INC of 44 Greenhill Road Wayville South Australia (ABN 39 742 730 429) (“RDNS Foundation”) for its use absolutely. I confirm that the receipt of the treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being of the RDNS Foundation is an absolute discharge to my Executors.


Gift of Legacy

Gift of Legacy to adjust with CPI

I GIVE to the ROYAL DISTRICT NURSING SERVICE FOUNDATION OF SA INC of 44 Greenhill Road Wayville South Australia (ABN 39 742 730 429) (“RDNS Foundation”) a legacy of the sum which bears the same relation to (amount in words) ($) as the Consumer Price Index number All Groups Weighted Average of the Eight Capital Cities or the index which is substituted for it current at the date of my death bears to that index number at the date of this Will for its use absolutely and:


(a) where the base year or period of the index is changed, the amount of the legacy will be calculated on the basis that the base year or period was that which applied at the date of this will; or

(b) if publication of the index number is discontinued or the basis of its computation is changed, so that my Executors consider that it cannot or should not be used, they must make such percentage adjustment to the amount of the legacy as my Executors determine will reflect change in the cost of living between the date of this will and the date of my death.


I confirm that the receipt of the treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being of the RDNS Foundation is an absolute discharge to my Executors.


Specific Gift- Shares/ property/ assets
