Donation in memory
Remember someone you love and help RDNS at the same time
Our clients and / or families who have experienced the special care that our District Nurses provide may wish to support this service by choosing to make a donation to the Royal District Nursing Service in memory of a loved one or friend.
Any donation received in memory of someone who has died contributes to the daily care the RDNS provides to the community.
Some people choose donations to be made to RDNS in lieu of sending flowers to a funeral. RDNS is able to provide 'Gift in Memory' envelopes that can be circulated at the funeral for the use of family and friends.
The RDNS Foundation ensures that all donations received in memory of a loved one will receive a receipt for taxation purposes. The next of kin will receive a list of those who have made a donation in memory to assists in the acknowledgment of this kind gift to the RDNS Foundation.
