Community Nurse - Homeless Program (RN2)
Full-Time - Permanent
Based at Beverley
Working 76 hours (1.00 FTE) per fortnight, rostered over 5 days per week (Mon - Fri).
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in our Homeless Program.
You'll provide direct clinical management, coordination and implementation of nursing services to assist people who are homeless and who have multiple and complex care needs. You will work in partnership with the No Pulgi multi-disciplinary team within the CBD area of Adelaide.

RDNS is a 24 hour service however, unlike other healthcare providers, our nurses enjoy more family friendly shifts. The majority of our nurses work day shifts 08.00 - 16.30, however staff can be required to work between the hours of 0700 - 1800. Our evening service nurses usually work from 16.00 to 23.00 (span of hours can be 1500 - 2400) and our night shift is 22.45 to 7.15.
We have designated evening and night service staff i.e. nurses are not required to rotate across day, evening and night shifts , unless they choose to.
