Dale Cleaver

Chief Executive Officer

Dale joined RDNS in June 2008 as Chief Executive Officer.

He was formerly National Chief Operating Officer at the Australian Red Cross (National Office – Melbourne).

Prior to this he was the Executive Director of Australian Red Cross in South Australia.

Dale has worked in the Human Services sector for over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector, including the Spastic Centres and the Royal Society for the Blind. Dale’s early years were as a Care Worker, then a Social Worker.

Angela Littleford

Group Manager, Health Care

Angela joined RDNS in June 2009 as Group Manager, Health Care.

She was formerly the Executive Director of Centrecare for Western Sydney.

Prior to this she was the Area Performance Manager and Project Director, State Wide Health in New South Wales Health.

Angela has held a number of senior roles in health care in South Australia prior to moving to New South Wales, including Director of Health Promotion SA (Department of Health).

Paul Csoban

Group Manager, Commercial Enterprises

Paul joined RDNS in January 2009 as Group Manager, Commercial Enterprises.

He was previously the Executive Director at the Australian Red Cross in the ACT.

Prior to this he held senior executive positions with Mayne/Symbian and Healthscope for many years.

Paul has experience in Health Services, Pathology and not-for-profit sector.

Jodie Rugless

Acting Chief Information Officer

Jodie joined RDNS as a Systems Analyst in 2001 and has since held several positions within the organisation including Senior Business Systems Analyst, Strategy Project Officer and most recently Manager, Business Information and Performance.

Jodie has more than ten years' experience working in the technology space. Nine of these years are within the health sector specialising in information management and mobile technology.

Prior to Jodie’s health industry experience, she also worked in industries such as local government, education and private enterprise.

Tony Mitchell

Chief Financial Officer

Tony joined RDNS in March 2009 as Chief Financial Officer.

He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the ASX listed biotechnology company Gropep.

Prior to this he was Vice President, Finance of Pharmaceuticals at Fauldings and the Mayne Group in South Australia and Victoria.

Tony has extensive experience in operational and financial management within large and medium sized organisations within the health care industry over the past decade.

Alex Howieson

Group Manager, People and Culture

Alex joined RDNS in July 2009 as the General Manager, People and Culture.

Previously she was the People Programs Manager, Human Resources Manager and Industrial Relations Manager for Qantas in New South Wales.

Prior to this she worked in a senior operational role for Qantas in Adelaide.

Alex has a wealth of experience in cultural and change management and organisational development.

Debbie Kralik

General Manager, Strategy & Research

Debbie joined RDNS in July 1998 as the Director of Research, and was appointed the General Manager, Strategy and Research in February 2009.

Debbie has an internationally recognised reputation in community health research, evidence-based practice and publication.

Judy Smith

Chief Nursing Officer

Judy joined RDNS in 1992 as Assistant Director of Nursing and was appointed the Chief Nursing Officer in 1999.

Judy has over 40 years nursing experience.

She is the Chair of the South Australian Rehabilitation Clinical Network, and is a member of the South Australian Clinical Senate and the Clinical Senate Executive. She has served on many State and National Committees. She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing.
